Dominic Tyler

Managing Director

Dom joined the Junari team in 2018, and has always been passionate about making the best use of systems and software to create consistent results that increase businesses performance and profits. Having taken on various roles within software businesses since 1999, he became director of a well-established software company in Suffolk in 2006, and MD of that same company in 2012.  During this time he was also elected as chair of Mid and North Essex Mind mental health charity.  Outside of work, he’s kept busy with two kids and his frequent attempts at an active lifestyle!

Russ joined Junari in 2008 and is the creator of our original JunariCRM+ product. Russ has implemented a large number of out-of-the-box and highly-customised systems using a wide variety of languages and technologies.

In 2016 Russ went on an “extended sabbatical” to New Zealand, where he worked as a Senior Developer at Xero for two years, and also at Land Information New Zealand. He found this an incredibly valuable experience to round-out his skills in the enterprise development space.

Russ returned to Junari in 2020 as CTO and is excited to apply all his recent learnings to help drive Junari’s continued growth. Outside of work, Russ is a keen musician and paraglider pilot!

Rachel Butler

Operations Manager

Rachel joined Junari in July 2019 as Operations Manager, having worked in Finance previously for Mid & North East Essex Mind mental health Charity for 8 years overseeing the Payroll/accounts. During this time she also played a key part in the merger with Mid Essex Mind.

Rachel states that “The main attractions for Joining Junari were the challenge and drive to take the company to the next level and help other business thrive through the support of our team.”

Outside of work, she’s kept busy in her love for renovating the family home & restoring old furniture, as well travelling to new locations and sampling different cultures.

Tony is a former MD of an IT company, where he gained 16 years experience of owning and running a busy and dynamic organisation. He started his career in IT 1985 and has seen many changes in technology. Tony has worked with companies of all sizes and complexities. Additionally he has volunteered for local government as a councillor and as a trustee of a charity. He brings with him this wealth of knowledge to help organisations find the right software and processes for them.

Edwin Blommaerts

Edwin joined the Junari team in 2019, bringing with him a wide spread of relevant knowledge and experience.  While working as a production and warehouse manager he put himself through night-school in order to obtain an honours degree in Computer Science, and using his background and new-found knowledge pursued a career in the development of business management software.  This led to him moving to the UK where he’s since been successfully developing software for businesses in a variety of industries.

When not spending time with his family, Ed’s usually either out training for a marathon, working behind a computer, or playing board games and enjoying a good draught beer!

Alan Dunlop joined Junari in 2020 as a Project Manager & Business Analyst. As Project Manager he is responsible for managing the successful delivery of customer projects, and as Business Analyst he captures customers’ business needs to support the delivery of the best possible solutions.

He holds the PRINCE2 project management accreditation at Practitioner level, and the APMG AgilePM accreditation also at Practitioner level. Most of his BA and PM experience was gained working & living in the USA & EMEA, and his industry experience spans telco, retail, travel, pharmaceutical, consumer electronics & government – delivering solutions for service, marketing & sales, operations, and more.

Mike is a hands on FCCA (Fellowship ACCA) having been in finance for over 40 years, and now sits as an advisor to Junari regarding financial strategy and planning.

Living in Suffolk with his wife, Mike has three (fairly) grown up boys, of which the eldest is Dominic above!
