Founded in 2006, Junari aims to provide SMEs with affordable business systems tailored to their specific needs. Unable to find a system that met our requirements, we chose to build upon the OpenERP platform, creating a powerful, integrated solution across all common business areas. Committed to innovation and growth, we adopted the latest version of OpenERP—Odoo—in 2019, becoming an Odoo Ready Partner in 2021 and an Odoo Silver Partner in 2024.

The Team
Dom Tyler
Chief Executive Officer
Dom took the reins of Junari in 2018. He has worked in software since 1999 and been passionate throughout about making the most practical use of software in businesses.
Dom became director of a well-established software company in Suffolk in 2006 and progressed to MD in 2012. During this time, he was also elected as chair of Mid and North Essex Mind mental health charity, retiring from the role in 2018 to focus on Junari.
Outside of work, he is kept busy with his kids, an active lifestyle, and loads of audiobooks, and will probably always have a few more grey hairs than the most recent photo on our website.
Peter Sidhu
CEO and Founder of Akarigo, a Junari Partner
Peter is an exceptional sales professional who easily focuses in on the clients key business drivers and areas that will give the client maximum benefit.
He is the CEO and owner of both Akarigo and CRM Online, while also dedicating a surplus of his time to Junari and states that "both Akarigo and Junari have seen multiple benefits in practices and efficiencies since partnering in 2024"
In his free time Peter loves long distance walks with his wife.
Russell Briggs
Technical Lead
Russ joined Junari in 2008 and is the creator of our original JunariCRM+ product. In 2016 he went on an extended sabbatical to New Zealand, where he worked as a Senior Developer at Xero and Land Information New Zealand. He returned to Junari in early 2020 as CTO and has been applying his recent learnings to drive Junari’s continued growth. Russ manages our team of Software Developers and Testers, and is responsible for our technical direction and infrastructure.
Outside of work, Russ is a paraglider pilot, and talented guitarist and drummer who frequently performs live.
Mike Tyler
Finance Director
Mike is a hands-on FCCA (Fellowship ACCA), having worked in finance for over 40 years. He now sits as an advisor to Junari regarding financial strategy and planning.
Living in Suffolk with his wife, Mike has three sons.
Patrik Flis
Senior Developer
Patryk is a senior developer at Junari. His expertise in Odoo upgrades further accelerates Junari's ability to be the best in our field, furthermore Patryk is able to adapt and be a key part of any project across the board.
In his spare time Patryk likes to attend concerts, festivals, and compete in Brazilian Ju Jitsu tournaments.
Olaf Bogus
Senior Developer
Olaf joined Junari in 2023 as a Software Developer after graduating with First Class Honors from the University of Essex. He was also awarded the Nova Systems Prize for the highest scoring Final Year Project. At Junari, Olaf plays a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers.
Outside of work, Olaf is a proud cat dad and is passionate about DIY projects, cooking, baking, and gaming.
Abdou Belhadj
Senior Developer
Abdou Belhadj has been a Senior Developer at Junari since 2023. Specializing in Odoo and data engineering, Abdou applies his extensive expertise to drive key technical initiatives and streamline project workflows, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions.
Abdou lives in Tunisia and is passionate about his personal dreams and aspirations, enjoys listening to music, surfing, and any activities that bring him joy and relaxation.
Finlay Wilson
Business Administration Apprentice
Finlay joined Junari in 2023 as a Business Administration Apprentice. He handles the day to day tasks and activities of the company, ranging from finance to HR to operations support to marketing - although has been leaning towards the latter.
Outside of work Fin is either golfing, in the gym, or taking a spontaneous adventure to a place he's never visited.
Mya Tyler-Lovett
Business Administration Apprentice
Mya joined Junari in 2024 as a Business Administration Apprentice. She assists in a range of administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience in business operations and management. Her role involves supporting and handling day-to-day activities, contributing to project management, and helping to ensure efficient workflow within the company.
In her personal time, you will either find Mya at the gym, doing art, cooking or spending time with her friends.
